“A contemporary construction in an ideal location”

The Grange St. Paul’s Hotel in London which also houses a health and fitness centre, conference rooms, restaurants and bars, really makes an impression with its contemporary construction combined with a very elegant and individual style. The facade of the three block high end hotel used several different curtain wall components, combining of metal and glass. Located in the heart of the City’s financial district and close to the famous St. Paul’s Cathedral, the hotel really offers that something special.

 

Works:

7900m² facades.
Guest room windows include storey high pre case concrete units, pre fabricated in Belgium.
Shop fronts from the ground floor to the first floor, entrance screens including sliding door external and internal all with stick-system facades.
Rainscreen facade at external envelope as well as in the atrium covering the staircase areas of all three buildings.
At roof level aluminium coping complete the main facade. Also at roof level the plant rooms are cladded with aluminium louvres.
All aluminium surfaces are PPC finished.
