Standing proudly as the tallest building in Liverpool and the 15th tallest in the UK, this mixed use building comprises of 34 storeys of high quality residential apartments and penthouses above 5 storeys of fully glazed offices. The offices serve as the new headquarters of the Beetham Organisation whilst on the 34th floor of the building the exclusive ‘Panoramic’ restaurant, the tallest restaurant in the UK can be found.

 

Works:

Unitised curtain walling consisting of structural glazed panels including full height solar coated insulated clear glazing, top hung windows and glazed shadow boxes – approx. 7900 m². Terrace glazing including sliding doors and glass balustrades. 1700 m² of glass rainscreen consisting of point fixed fritted glass panes, designed as an overlapping weather shield.
