The 10 Storey Office Building with a height of about 35m was built at the Westend of Frankfurt/Main by the Architects Nägele, Hofmann and Tidemann in 1985-1987.

The Triton House will be revitalized and transformed into a transparent and flexible office building with a highly efficient floor plan. The building gets a complete new curtain wall which will supply a maximum of day light, heat and sun protection. It will provide energy savings of about 70% compared with the reference building defined in the German Standard EnEV2009. The building shall achieve the gold certificate of DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
