This representative new building is being erected in the centre of Wuppertal-Elberfeld, next to “Ohligsmühle” station, part of the famous suspension line public traffic service. It ist a new fine example of modern office building architecture. The light six storey high building consists of staggered wings with open landscaped courts. The buildings’s external panels feature windows with exterior sunblinds, this allows the new “Ohligsmühle” to offer 14.000 m² office space. By applying the Standards of DGNB energy consumption will be around 50% lower than in a comparable traditional construction.
